Designing for high-pressure incident response

Security teams work across fragmented tools, unclear ownership, time-sensitive alerts, and documentation requirements that cannot be treated as afterthoughts. This product concept organized the incident reporting workflow around six user roles, AI-assisted triage, real-time endpoint signals, task burndown, and structured case documentation.
